A good partnership is like a perfect marriage – mutually beneficial and supportive of each other. One is not superior to another in a partnership neither is one less responsible than other. The relationship between an employer and employee is a partnership. Any partnership should be a long term relationship and this applies for an employee. Both the employee and employer are at a loss if the employee is not loyal to the firm. Good partnerships always lead to great innovations or initiatives.
