I didn't realize that Wikipedia only has 10 staff - all volunteers. Gary Loveman Chairman, Chief Executive Officer & President Harrah's Entertainment Inc. - ONE OF THE BEST PRESENTERS I have ever seen in my entire life. What a great presenter. He focused on how he competes with his competition right next door. He also discussed how they use technology in rating players and determining who they should focus on to increase their revenue. - AMAZING Jeff Ma MIT Engineering Student Who Took Down Las Vegas & Performance Metrics Specialist Founder of PROTRADE - For me this presentation was more about how he did it, what happened and what is he doing now. HOWEVER, I know that THE EVENT to go to next year is happening June 6-8, 2007 in San Francisco. The MRA 50th anniversary promises to be the best conference of 2007.
