Merrill,

I've been in a league for years and have detailed analysis for match-ups, drafting, and picking players each week. I've helped our CFO move from the bottom to winning in his league. let me know if you want any help.

Fantasy Football is a lot like the stock market for me. It’s tempting to try to catch that star on the rise, but over time it makes more sense to go with the solid players with a strong work ethic. If you’ve got high standards, you miss out on some of the superstar players and high flying stocks, but you seldom have the downside of drug suspensions or the corruption of post-dating options.

Likewise, when I’m looking for partners to work with, I’m looking for the solid, smart, good guys. I may not get a segmentation rock star to work with, but I’ll still deliver an exceptional product on time and on budget (no worries of incarceration). Give me Marvin Harrison over T.O. any day.

Good advice. All too often we are so busy trying to move things forward and we don't take time to understand why things worked/didn't work previously.
