As my friend Debby always says "we're only as happy as our saddest child." I sit down with my dog, (an unconditional loving male), Kennedy, on my couch and read the Sunday Times cover to cover while drinking a cup of coffee. I often doze halfway through and wake up to read the rest. That to me is my weekend happiness. Happiness to me is waking up on a Sunday morning and seeing the sun shining and reflecting on the water outside my condo. Happiness is being successful as well as watching/sharing another’s accomplishments. Happiness is being healthy. Happiness is a good workout. Happiness is a good haircut. Happiness is being loved. Having wine and dinner in the North End with my girls friends. Watching any child being silly with no worries at all. Having a sleep over with just my girlfriends was one of my happiest moments ever. We had a blast right in our home. Swimming, roasting marshmallows, dancing and just acting like girlfriends. Happiness is still looking forward to my man coming home every night he is such a joy in my life. Silly Billy!!! 11 years and rocking baby. I am so happy our house is the house that our teenagers and friends hang at. I love to cook for them I am known as Miss Debbie at our home. The kids are just so respectful and that makes me so so happy..... Happiness is David Ortiz at the plate and Mariano Rivera on the mound. Happiness is UMASS playing for national championships in football and lacross and getting it's basketball program back on track.
