		<description>We have arranged for one day "seminars" taught by internal staff and outside consultants.  We have also taken advantage of the many learning opportunities from MRA, including web seminars and lunch and learn chapter events.</description>

		<description>The value of the older, exprienced employee is already proiven...they have longevity because they've proven themselves as both "producers" and "learners"...they've learned to adapt to new technology and where they don't have the education, we try to provide it through sort of a buddy system,....match them with someone newer who needs their help while they learn the ropes and is willing to share their knowledge as well..it's very symbiotic and it works!!</description>

		<description>I notice that many of the Presidents mention longevity, commitment and loyalty of staff as both a measure of success and what they look for when hiring.  Obviously, all successful businesses need a balance between new, young employees and experienced, mature employees, so what kind of training do they offer to insure that loyal, mature staff have the current skills necessary to be as valuable as the young 'tech savvy' new hires with the changing direction of our profession?</description>
