It's great that Bob has transformed his interest in the market research community into advocacy for the profession. I am always delighted to hear and read his observations. He keeps us on our toes and at the same time is there to guide us in the right direction. When he highlights individuals and topics he's showcasing what we can be especially proud of...the intellectual capital we represent. Thanks Bob for all your good work and words.

I met Bob at the AMA Executive Insights Conference this past January, but like most people that I met there, I didn't have the chance to spend much time chatting with him. Thanks for conducting this interview - I really enjoyed hearing more about Bob and this was a good reminder of the interest I had in the newsletters he had shared with me, which I hadn't fully followed up on.
