Whether it was in my old role as a research company owner or my my current one as advisor, one has these situations with new clients or employees where the are really nervous.  Obviously they've chosen to be with us, but you can tell that they are tentative and worried (perhaps having buyer's remorse).

I love the feeling three or six months later -- maybe 12 if they are a real skeptic -- when they show that they have confidence in you; when the tension is gone and and you know they trust you to take care of their needs.  That's exciting.</description>
