		<description>Wow - this is a GREAT topic...I can&#039;t wait to hear other&#039;s responses.  I think it will be tough to &#039;beat&#039; relevant (not that this is one of Merrill&#039;s contests)...it&#039;s just a great/important word for 2009, or any year.  I would have to say (because it is the one thing I think that my clients, staff, peers, friends, etc, would all agree I do relate and act upon), even though it&#039;s another term that might be over-used:  PROACTIVE.</description>
