Oddly enough in 1990 the Bills defeated the Giants also on a Saturday some 5 weeks before the Super Bowl rematch. NFC East defeats AFC East. Again the same scenario 17 years later. Are there other David Tyree scenarios? 1.Don Larsen perfect game in a World Series. 2.Mark Fidrych rookie year 1976. 3.What happened after Denny McLain's 30 win season in 1968. 4.Seahawk running back Shawn Alexander. 5.Frank Tanana after his first 2 seasons with the Angels losing his speed and effectiveness. 5a.
