M/A/R/C is affiliated with over 100 field data collection sites geographically dispersed across the U.S. through which we do in-person interviewing for clients. We ensure the quality of the interviewing through the use of shared standards, project-specific feedback, technology, and validation of interviews.

We have had relationships with many of these local field sites for nearly three decades. Upon selecting a field site, the site management agrees to adhere to proven interviewing and supervisory standards required for all M/A/R/C projects. We maintain a market database that includes productivity, pricing, and quality ratings for each project and field site. The database is used for evaluation and selection of field sites to provide cost-effective and high-quality data for future projects.

We have increased the speed of completing interviews at local field sites by using an Internet-based interviewing platform. The system provides us and our clients with real-time status on production statistics so that projects can be managed to completion more quickly. We are also able to validate interviews within one day of completion by recontacting the respondents while the topic is still fresh in their mind. This procedure catches inaccuracy and allows for the replacement of interviews before field interviewing is completed.

If your respondents are at an event — concert, fair, stadium, or trade show — we can go to them. Portable devices are used to gather their opinions. This provides immediate feedback during the event, while maintaining all the quality standards for which M/A/R/C is known.
