Job Description As part of Client Development, this Sales and Marketing Support Coordinator will support revenue growth by working in conjunction with several Account Managers on specific territory strategies and activities.
The high level of activity requires the individual to balance a range of responsibilities including lead qualification, assigned CRM software work along with a range of marketing and account support activities.
This non-quota carrying role is integrated fully into the M/A/R/Cฎ Research Client Development team selling model and complements the direct selling activities of all Account Managers by providing value added activities that support day-to-day as well as strategic objectives of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
Timely follow up and thorough qualification of marketing and sales leads.
When identified, assign qualified opportunities to sales reps with applicable information captured during the qualifying call.
Support prospecting initiatives.
Manage to closure the assigned marketing activities including conferences, advertising, e-mail marketing and web sites.
Manage designated opportunities from lead to close, including proposal processing and administration.
Respond to inbound sales related inquiries.
Contribute to and support the Account plans in conjunction with the VP of Client Development.
Skills Bachelors degree required
General awareness and understanding of the function of an Account Manager.
1-3 years sales/sales support, lead management, or telemarketing experience; Marketing experience considered
Experience working in a goal-oriented environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meet with clients and collaborate with account executives / internal team to develop business opportunities on a continuous basis
Consult with client to understand the strategic business situation and questions to be resolved, to define research needs / objectives and to develop winning proposals
Design qualitative research to satisfy client research needs and collaborate with internal team to define project specifications, write proposals, set up projects and develop screeners / discussion guides
