Will Leskin — Vice President, Qualitative Services

Will Leskin is a seasoned and experienced lead moderator. In his capacity as Vice President of M/A/R/C’s Qualitative Division, Will is responsible for training other moderators and depth interviewers as well as setting guidelines and policies for consistency and excellence in qualitative design, collection, analysis and reporting. Will has a wide range of experience moderating both traditional in-person and telephone focus groups with physicians of almost every specialty, physician extenders, other clinician types and diagnosticians, healthcare workers, MCO Medical Directors and Pharmacy Directors, patients, activists and consumers.

Mr. Leskin has over ten years of market research experience and has worked in numerous disease states and therapeutic categories. He has extensive experience in infectious disease, including HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis; diabetes; cardiovascular disease, including high cholesterol and other lipid disorders; respiratory disease, including asthma, allergies, and COPD; women’s health; chronic pain; sexual dysfunction; movement disorders; rheumatology; urology; oncology and radiology. In addition, he has been involved with study design and analysis on numerous qualitative research projects with patients and consumers on issues regarding customer satisfaction, retention, and compliance and persistency.

Mr. Leskin has conducted over 800 focus groups and several thousand in-depth interviews nationwide. He has been the primary moderator on many studies with both clinician and patient components. Will employs a full range of projective and laddering techniques to elicit both intellectual and emotional “truths” from his participants and is equally skilled with clinicians and consumers.

Mr. Leskin’s background is in communications. He holds a B.F.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed a Masters Course at the American Conservatory Theatre, San Francisco.




Lynn Dagar — Executive Moderator

In her nearly 20 year career in market research, Lynn Dagar has provided strategic consulting, research design and analysis to clients involved in all aspects of the product development lifecycle. With a firm grasp of clients’ information as well as research needs, Ms. Dagar collaborates to provide valuable insights based on research findings and her vast understanding of marketing and product issues.

Ms. Dagar has experience in many industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceutical, industrial chemicals, information and publishing, telecommunications, computer technology, industrial lighting and electronics and consumer goods. With more than 18 years of experience moderating focus groups, she has conducted hundreds of groups among business professionals, physicians, lawyers, teachers and faculty, college and high school students, as well as consumers. In the business sector, Ms. Dagar’s moderating experience encompasses marketing, sales, engineering, R&D, finance, human resources, information technology, information professionals (corporate librarians) and executive management respondents. The groups Ms. Dagar has conducted center around product and service needs, satisfaction, loyalty, product concept design, image and brand awareness, and message and advertisement testing. She has experience with many focus group techniques and technologies, including use of story/message boards, web site review, moderator “chat” groups, and using a teleprompter.

Prior to joining M/A/R/C, Ms. Dagar served as Vice President of Research for Mindwave Research and Outsell, Inc. and has held research positions at IntelliQuest and Walker Research. She holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, and completed post-graduate coursework in advanced mathematics and statistics, covering linear as well as non-linear programming, LISREL, and various multi-variate techniques.
