What Are The Top 5 Reasons To Use Your Product/Service?

Wednesday, March 5th, 2008

Over the weekend I had the pleasure of going through the mail. Most of which is still useless direct mail. Hopefully one day soon that will change! After I came across a few bills I came across a piece of mail from our dentist with a top ten list. Our dentist like most is pretty creative and here are a five reasons to visit them:

  1. Sometimes you just feel like spitting
  2. Play hookie from work
  3. Another free toothbrush
  4. You can join the clean teeth club
  5. You’re always the center of attention

It gave me reason to pause and think of some reasons clients use our service. Here are five reasons to call our company today:

  1. We celebrated our 43 year anniversary in business so we must be doing something right
  2. Our Assessor forecasting tool is very accurate — we even predicted you would call today!
  3. We have 92 people all focusing on you, the client!
  4. You are really lonely and need someone to talk to
  5. Last year we had 78 new clients. We would love to make it 79!

Here is today’s assignment. Take a minute and think of the five reasons that clients should use your service.

I look forward to reading your comments.

Talk About Being Creative! Which One Is Your Favorite?

Monday, March 3rd, 2008

Recently, I received an email highlighting the work of artist Guido Daniele – thanks NM. I love creativity and really enjoy seeing what people can do with their hands. This is one amazing artist.

Guido is an artist who does hand art. Some of these can take him four hours to do a hand while the two-handed eagle took him 10 hours. Yes, I said 10 hours. Then he photographs it for posterity. I hope you enjoy his work:

I must say I love them all. The detail is incredible. I couldn’t imagine having to bend my hands in a certain position to make the ears head and ears of the giraffe. The one that stands out the most is the alligator. The scales, teeth and eye is simply amazing and very life like.
