If You Truly Believe People Can Change, Why Can’t This Person Change?

I believe most people are good and try and be the best they can be. I firmly believe that people can change. Bob Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots, was a control freak, thought he could do it better, but never won a championship until he gave the controls over to Bill Belichick. I believe the same is true about Mark Cuban, a brilliant and passionate owner – perhaps the best in sports or certainly one of the best. He was very vocal in the media. I can still remember the Mavericks ownership planning out the parade route in 2006 when they were ahead of the Miami Heat 2-0 in the NBA Finals. In a matter of a blink or two, the Mavericks were then swept and bye-bye championship trophy!
