Who is the Greatest Stand-Up Comic of All Time?

A few weeks ago, I was reading a very interesting article that I thought I would share. Growing up in Boston, I absolutely loved stand-up comedy. A.B., G.S. and R.Z. and I would often go to shows together and we were very fortunate because Boston had some of the best stand-up comics around. Here is Comedy Central’s “100 Greatest Stand-Up Comics” list. Please take a look and let me know your thoughts:

I must admit, I was a little surprised that Robin Williams (13) wasn’t higher on the list. I have seen Roseanne Barr and Eddie Murphy live and personally, I don’t think I would put them in the top 10. Steve Martin is 100% nuts, out of control and would be in my top 5 along with Don Rickles, Richard Pryor, Chris Rock and Johnny Carson.
